Specialty Constructors Services Inc. provides a full spectrum of construction services throughout California specializing as a General Government Contractor for municipal, state, and federal government market sectors.  Specialty Constructors Services Inc. was founded in 2015 by Jose Rodriguez.  Jose is a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Construction Management graduate with over 23 years of construction industry experience in municipal, county, state, and federal government contracts.

Project management expertise in program management, project management, cost estimating, design build, cost control, quality control, value engineering, CPM scheduling, submittal, contract administration, dispute resolutions, negotiations, and safety; Project delivery experienced includes MATOC, POCA, BOA, JOC, and IDIQ Federal and State contracts.
