Allan Hancock College – Baseball/Softball Field Restroom Facilities Project, Santa Maria, CA

Project was a DSA project for Allan Hancock Joint Community College District for construction of a new CMU restroom building from the ground up. Scope of work included: site clearing, earthwork, grading, underground utilities: 2” domestic water line, 4” sewer line, 6” fire water line with backflow preventer and fire hydrant, plumbing, and electrical. Also, cast-in place concrete, under-slab vapor barrier, site concrete, concrete unit masonry, metal fabrication, rough carpentry, sheathing, fiber cement panels, building insulation, metal roof panels, sheet metal flashing and trim, gutters, down spouts, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, access doors, louvers, gypsum board, painting, fiberglass reinforced plastic panels(FRP), plumbing finish, electrical finish, concrete masonry coatings, signage, toilet compartments/screens, and toilet accessories.
